Vishakha Deshmukh is currently working at Feminist Approach to Technology (FAT) as a Tech Companion.
She joined FAT as a three-month intern on 20 March 2026 and has been working as a Tech Companion since 1 August 2026. Before joining FAT, she completed a course in Web Development.
Her role includes managing technical work related to the Community Learning Portal, monitoring timesheets and leaves, and recording issues in a monitoring sheet.
Her experience at FAT has helped her understand the importance of technology, teamwork, participation, and agency.
