Upasana works at Feminist Approach to Technology (FAT), where she supports the organisation’s asset management and learning initiatives. Her work involves managing the lifecycle of organisational assets, including procurement, repair and maintenance, disposal, and exploring opportunities for technology donations.
She also coordinates and facilitates Feminist Learning Circles, creating spaces for collective learning, reflection, and conversations around technology and feminist perspectives.
Through her work, she contributes to building systems that are organised, sustainable, and responsive to the needs of people across the organisation.
