With a background in Sociology, she specializes in gender-focused programs, particularly for young people and adolescents. Before joining Foundation for Social Transformation (FST) this February, she has spent a decade with the Aga Khan Foundation (India), where she led programmatic work on livelihoods, enterprise, and key thematic initiatives. She has collaborated with diverse donors, including GFCF, NFI, UNFPA, and King’s Trust International UK. Passionate about travel, photography, and music, Kangkana values connecting with people across cultures and continues to draw inspiration from these experiences.
