Rani is currently working as a Collective Leader at Feminist Approach to Technology (FAT).
Her journey with FAT started in 2016 as a participant. She had to leave FAT for some time due to her marriage, but in 2021, she rejoined FAT at Level 3.
Together with her fellow collective members, they work to build leadership and agency among girls and women. Through their work at the Community Tech Center (CTC), they create opportunities for participants to learn, express themselves, make decisions, and become more confident in their own lives.
Today, she works as a Collective Leader and runs a Community Tech Center (CTC) alongside her fellow collective members.
