Meena is currently working as a Collective Leader with Feminist Approach to Technology (FAT). Her journey with FAT started in 2017 as a participant. She had to leave FAT for some time due to her education, but in 2021, she rejoined the organisation at Level 3.
Today, Meena works as a Collective Leader and runs a Community Tech Center (CTC) alongside her fellow collective members. Together, they work to build leadership and agency among girls and women. Through their work at the CTC, they create opportunities for participants to learn, express themselves, make decisions, and become more confident in their own lives.
As a Collective Leader, Meena continues to enable spaces where young women gain confidence, learn technology, and take lead in their own communities.
