Jenny Sulfath is a development professional with over eight years of experience across fundraising, programme development, donor relations, research, impact communication, and advocacy. She holds a Master’s and MPhil in Women’s Studies from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and has worked at the intersections of gender, labour, social exclusion, and digital rights.
Jenny has worked across civil society, industry bodies, and development-sector organisations, including as Senior Assistant Director – Women Empowerment and DEI at FICCI and Manager – Communications at Digital Empowerment Foundation, where she led the Proposal Development and MEL teams. Her work has included grant development and resource mobilisation, programme design, donor reporting, research and policy, and the development of documentation and knowledge products. She has also coordinated partnerships and multi-stakeholder initiatives involving civil society organisations, government stakeholders, international organisations and donor organisations.
She is currently engaged with Feminist Approach to Technology (FAT) as a consultant, supporting fundraising and donor relations.
