FAT is governed by a diverse Board of Directors comprising leaders from gender justice, technology, education, philanthropy, organizational development, and community leadership. The Board provides strategic guidance, strengthens organizational accountability, and supports the long-term vision of building a young-women-led collective. Together, they ensure that FAT remains rooted in its feminist values while continuing to innovate and grow.

Chandrika Sahai is Coordinator, Philanthropy for Social Justice and Peace (PSJP). She works in the field of philanthropy and social justice, with extensive experience supporting community-led initiatives and systems change. Her work focuses on strengthening people-led philanthropy, network building, and transformative social change.

Gayatri Buragohain is the founder of Feminist Approach to Technology and continues to serve as a member of the Board. She previously served as Executive Director of FAT. An electronics engineer by training, she has spent over fifteen years advancing girls' leadership through technology and has led FAT's evolution into a young-women-led, collective organization.

Jyoti Arya serves as the Secretary of FAT's Board. She supports the organization's governance processes, institutional development, and long-term strategic direction, ensuring that FAT's mission remains anchored in accountability, participation, and community leadership.

Nayanatara Ranganathan is a researcher and advocate working at the intersection of technology, digital rights and gender justice. She is a Fellow at the Internet Democracy Project and Point of View. Through her work on internet governance, surveillance and digital policy, she brings deep expertise on the social and political dimensions of technology, helping guide FAT's vision of feminist technology and collective leadership.
