प्रतिभागी सामाजिक आंदोलनों, संवैधानिक मूल्यों (जैसे न्याय, समानता, स्वतंत्रता, विविधता और धर्मनिरपेक्षता) और जेंडर, जाति, वर्ग, धर्म व यौनिकता से जुड़े मुद्दों को नारीवादी दृष्टिकोण से समझने और विश्लेषण करने में सक्षम बनेंगे, ताकि वे सामाजिक बदलाव की प्रक्रिया को गहराई से समझ सकें और उसमें सक्रिय भूमिका निभा सकें। प्रतिभागी यह समझेंगे कि सामाजिक आंदोलन क्यों होते हैं, इनमें जेंडर का क्या रोल होता है, और इनसे समाज में क्या बदलाव आते हैं। प्रतिभागी न्याय, समानता, स्वतंत्रता, विविधता और धर्मनिरपेक्षता जैसे मूल्यों की गहराई से समझ बनाएंगे और इन्हें अपने जीवन से जोड़कर देख सकेंगे। प्रतिभागी जेंडर, जाति, वर्ग, धर्म और यौनिकता जैसे मुद्दों को नारीवादी दृष्टिकोण से समझना और विश्लेषण करना सीखेंगे।
नारीवादी नज़रिए से तकनीकी कौशल - प्रतिभागियों के तकनीकी कौशल में जो कमी हैं, उसे पूरा करना और उन्हें वर्तमान में हो रहे तकनीकी बदलाव से अवगत करवाना। कार्यशाला यह खोजेगी कि कैसे gender मानदंड और सत्ता की संरचनाएँ तकनीक के विकास, उपयोग और प्रभाव को प्रभावित करती हैं, साथ ही प्रतिभागियों को इन पक्षपातों की आलोचनात्मक जांच और चुनौती देने के लिए सशक्त बनाएगी।इस कार्यशाला का उद्देश्य तकनीक, जेंडर और सत्ता के अंतर्संबंध के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाना है और प्रतिभागियों को इस तरह से तकनीक विकसित करने और उपयोग करने के उपकरण देना है, जो अधिक समानतापूर्ण और समावेशी हो। A "technical skills through a feminist lens" workshop would explore how gender norms and power structures influence the development, use, and impact of technology, while also empowering participants to critically examine and challenge these biases. This workshop would aim to increase awareness of the intersection of technology, gender, and power, and equip participants with tools to develop and use technology in a more equitable and inclusive way.
Level-1 Bridge Course for potential Level-3 Participants Workshop Objectives: Deep reflection on self, own life path, and creating your own life & career path, and a plan to negotiate for the same. Gain experience of talking to elders in family & other community members on different topics of gender and society individually as well as collectively. Storytelling methodology used for bonding with each other based on lived experiences, getting inspired by stories of others. Learning to use basic technology (smart phone) to communicate, network, find information, record media and learn online. Logistics arrangement that leaves participants happy, not upset.
